Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist inquiries.
• Walk around vehicle and document concerns for diagnosis.
• Discuss service specials with customers.
• Prioritize services and provide options upon request.
• Document declines and follow up on future service considerations.
• Keep customers informed on completion times and costs.
• Oversee delivery of vehicles to customers and address concerns.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure they are not mishandled.
• Spend time building relationships with customers.
• Know the product well to answer questions about the vehicle.
