Job summary

Frank Leta is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to guide customers through our service and repair process from arrival to departure. You will coordinate with technicians and ensure every guest feels informed, valued, and taken care of, delivering a first-class experience.

You will manage the service drive flow, prioritize needs, and communicate clearly about recommended maintenance while maintaining timely updates for customers and colleagues in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Service Writer.
• Organized, friendly, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to coordinate others and manage workflow.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of vehicles and customers through the service drive lane.

• Provide concierge-level support for customer questions and inquiries, both in person and by phone.
