Job summary

J.C. Lewis Motor Company in Pooler, GA is seeking an Automotive Service Cashier and Appointment Coordinator. This full-time clerical role is the first point of contact for service customers, handling payments and scheduling in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will support service coordinators as needed, work overtime and some Saturdays, and join a team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service cashier or call center preferred.
• Proficient with computer tracking systems for calls and appointments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Must be at least 19 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the service department and customers.
• Collect service payments and close service invoices.
• Assist with loaner vehicle fleet handling and checkout/check-in.
• Receive and respond to high volume inbound calls and online inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and schedule or modify service appointments.
