Qualifications

• Prior automotive BDC, service, cashier, or call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer tracking systems for calls and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the service department and customers.
• Collect service payments and close service invoices.
• Assist the service department with loaner vehicle fleet, prep, check-out, and check-in.
• Receive and respond to high volume inbound calls and online inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and schedule or modify service appointments.
