Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Monitor incoming calls and ensure responses occur within two rings.
• Review and coordinate service appointments using X-Time.
• Monitor emails to set service appointments or forward to the appropriate advisor.
• Prepare documents for scanning and maintain accurate records.
• Represent the dealership with pride and enthusiasm.
