• Consistently and courteously greet and thank each customer and provide fast and friendly customer service.
• Answer phone calls and gather necessary information from customer.
• Visually inspect vehicle, discuss performance, complete service work order, and explain costs.
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs.
• Educate customers on services and products using a consultative approach.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Handle complaints courteously per company policy.
• Maintain store appearance per Big O Tires standards.
• Follow local, state and federal regulations and store operations.
• Follow posted work schedule and clocking procedures to reflect hours worked.
• Other duties as assigned.
