Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction index higher than manufacturer/branch averages.
• Complete tasks on time and communicate delays to customers.
• Follow hours-per-repair-order standards and ensure accurate repairs.
• Provide accurate service estimates in line with Washington state regulations.
• Document all customer details and repair orders legibly.
• Greet customers promptly and inform them of next steps.
• Advise on car care according to manufacturer specs and service menus.
• Obtain customer approval for add-ons and maintain proper documentation.
• Attend weekly meetings and participate professionally with staff.
