Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Service Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by handling additional assignments.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff to deliver positive experiences.
