McCord's Vancouver Toyota seeks two full-time Service Bookers to join our award-winning team. You will be responsible for accurate, timely creation and management of repair orders (ROs) for internal, reconditioning, and select customer vehicles.

The role requires 1+ year in an automotive dealership setting, strong data entry skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes 7:00am-6:00pm with rotating shifts; compensation is $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in an automotive dealership environment (Service, BDC, Admin, or Parts).
• Basic understanding of repair orders (ROs), op codes, and internal vs. customer pay types.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with accuracy.
• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities
