Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is seeking a Customer Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department. You will help schedule appointments for vehicle assessments and repairs, handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure customers receive timely and efficient service.

Qualifications

• At least one prior role with strong customer service experience.
• Team player attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking appointments for diagnostics and repairs.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding service offerings, pricing and availability.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to prioritize appointments based on urgency and availability.
• Use CRM software to log and book customer interactions and update vehicle appointments.
