Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is seeking an energetic Customer Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling vehicle assessments and repairs, and providing accurate information on services and pricing.

You will work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians, use our CRM to log interactions, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. We value training, growth, and a team-focused, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• At least one prior role in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling or appointment coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking appointments for vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Make outbound calls to follow-up with customers and schedule appointments.
• Provide accurate information regarding service offerings, pricing and appointment availability.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to prioritize appointments based on urgency and availability.
• Utilize CRM software to log and book customer interactions and update customer vehicle appointments

• Proficiency with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is advantageous.
