Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and schedule sales appointments.

• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Notify departments when appointments are scheduled and update records.
• Generate reminders and emails according to a timeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment goals.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
