Qualifications

• Experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service environment.

• Able to manage high volumes of calls, texts, and emails daily.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound service communications via phone, text, email, and chat.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments; follow up on no-shows.
• Coordinate appointment availability, loaner/shuttle needs, and advisor workload.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in CRM and DMS.
• Conduct proactive outbound campaigns for maintenance reminders and recalls.
