• Follow dealership processes and scripts

Responsibilities

• Manage large inbound/outbound calls and emails to drive service appointments
• Identify customer needs and communicate available service options
• Partner with service advisors to schedule vehicle service appointments
• Greet customers and provide shuttle information when needed
• Record all interactions in the customer management system
• Adhere to scripts and maintain high-quality service standards
• Maintain timely, courteous communication with customers
