The position involves high-volume outbound calling, inbound service calls, and email inquiries to book service appointments across Utah and Ohio stores. You will handle scheduling, maintain client relationships, and strive to exceed daily targets in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience with high-volume outbound calling and call center environments.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Answer inbound service calls professionally and courteously.

Performance Automotive is a high-volume, multi-brand dealer group serving the Greater Bountiful area with top brands like Ford, Honda, and Toyota. We’re hiring reliable and dependable Automotive Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agents to join our team at Performance Toyota Bountiful.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments
• Answer inbound service calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly
• Use internal scheduling tools to book and confirm service appointments
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
• Meet or exceed daily call and booking targets (100+ calls/day)
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Support our Utah and Ohio stores

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 9 am - 6:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch
• Rotating Saturdays (extra day off during the week when working Saturday)
• Sundays off
• Full-time
• In-person (no remote option)

Pay

• Starting at $17/hour + bonus opportunities
