Job summary

Hubler Automotive Group in Indianapolis is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to handle heavy inbound and outbound calls, schedule sales appointments and log customer notes in the CRM.

This full-time role offers ongoing training and benefits, with a focus on meeting monthly goals and delivering exceptional service to every customer. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be fluent in English; automotive or telemarketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with phones or telemarketing in automotive or customer service preferred.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at first contact.
• Ability to communicate, read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to concentrate and complete tasks despite interruptions.
• Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated and able to work in a team or independently.
• Proficient use of computers/business machines.

Responsibilities

• Make large quantities of outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
• Log all customer comments and leave detailed notes in the CRM.
• Schedule and follow up contact for each customer.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Reschedule no shows or canceled appointments.
• Follow up with sales as needed to ensure appointments are marked correctly.
• Keep accurate, complete, and up to date information for all customers in the CRM.
• Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to customer website requests daily.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals!

What You’ll Need…

• Ability to communicate, read, write and speak English fluently
