Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments.
• Recommend and promote service options with confidence.
• Make outbound customer satisfaction calls.
• Respond to customer emails and chats.
• Confirm appointments, reschedule missed visits, and follow up on overdue service.
• Enter, update, and clean customer information in the CRM.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
