You don't need to be an automotive expert. We’re looking for someone who provides excellent customer service, communicates well, stays organized, and can manage calls, appointments, and multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, receptionist, dealership, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and available shop capacity.
• Provide customers with basic information regarding their service appointments.
• Accurately enter and maintain appointment information in dealership systems.
• Help coordinate appointment schedules to support efficient workflow for service advisors and technicians.
• Assist customers with available transportation or shuttle arrangements when needed.
• Communicate appointment information and customer needs to the service team.
• Provide backup cashier or administrative support when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and dealership records.
• Handle multiple calls, appointments, and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, management, and other dealership departments.
• Provide a professional and welcoming customer experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
