The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is hiring a motivated Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our fast-paced, team-driven service team in Elkton, MD. This role focuses on greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and clearly communicating repair needs and timelines.

Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, with automotive experience a plus and Spanish bilingual preferred.
