The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our high-performing service team in Easton, MD. This full-time role connects customers with service excellence, helping schedule, estimate, and coordinate repairs in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Candidates should be customer-focused, with prior service or sales experience and strong communication skills in English; Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Communicate repair needs, estimates, and timelines clearly.
• Coordinate repair orders with Technicians.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Recommend additional maintenance or services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every visit.
