Job summary

AAMCO Transmission Total Car Care of Cheyenne is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor Writer to join our locally owned center. You will greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and set up repair orders and estimates.

You will present estimates, ask for the sale, and handle invoicing. The ideal candidate has at least one year of automotive experience and strong customer service skills. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of automotive experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to greet customers, listen to needs, and present estimates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone.
• Listen to customer needs and schedule appointments.
• Prepare repair orders and estimates.
• Present estimates and secure authorization to proceed.
• Process invoicing and sales.

AAMCO Transmission Total Car Care of Cheyenne is actively searching for Automotive Service Advisor Writer to join our locally owned Center here in Cheyenne Wyoming. Said person will be responsible for Greeting customers in person and on the phone Listening to the needs of the customer, make Appointments Repair orders, estimates, presentation of said estimate, ask for the sale and invoicing. Hours for position is Monday though Friday 730 am to 530 PM with up to 1 hour lunch break. Applicant shall have 1 year minimum Automotive Experience, Great Customer Service Skills.
