The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our busy service team in Maryland. You will link customers with service solutions, schedule appointments, and communicate repair needs, timelines, and costs clearly.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience required.
• English required; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service area.
• Answer service calls, schedule appointments, and manage repair timelines.
• Explain repair needs and estimates clearly to customers.
• Coordinate repair orders with technicians and track progress.
• Maintain accurate service records and deliver an exceptional experience.
