Position

We are seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor to provide top-tier support in parts logistics to our auto technician partners and customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Send repair estimates to customers, including parts and labor costs
• Order parts from vendors via online or other means
• Answer general questions about car issues
• Assist automotive technicians in the field with daily needs
• Call potential customers to answer questions and book services

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience with auto parts and understanding of car mechanics
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and passion for success
