What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries related to Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to online enrollment, passwords, and other online inquiries
- Process and review new account applications and transactions from various channels
- Manage credit line increase requests and payments while ensuring accuracy
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls with attention to detail and accuracy
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work
- Strong technical skills and experience in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
