What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer complex inbound account inquiries using advanced knowledge of Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment, password, sign-on issues, and other online-related questions
- Enter and review new account applications from multiple channels, including stores, online, and promotional invitations
- Process and review register referrals, Nordstrom.com transactions, and credit line increase requests and payments
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy while delivering an excellent customer experience
- A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace
- Strong computer experience and technical troubleshooting acumen, with the ability to navigate multiple systems using dual monitors
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
