Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Texas is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the main contact for customers, recommending services and ensuring a professional, smooth experience.

You will greet customers, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, provide accurate quotes, and explain warranties. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and requires working five days, including Saturdays, with uncapped commissions potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+; valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment and Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and identify service needs.
• Clearly communicate recommendations, provide accurate quotes, updates, and explain warranties.
• Promote services and parts, conduct follow-up calls, and track warranty and core returns.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and perform other duties as assigned.
