Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Round Rock, TX seeks a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers, assist with vehicle needs, and recommend services to ensure a seamless, professional experience.

You will greet customers, document service needs, present quotes for services, parts and accessories, and follow up after repairs to confirm satisfaction and handle warranties. This role offers uncapped commission potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred prior experience as a Service Advisor.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and present a professional appearance.
• Ability to work at least five days including Saturday; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and document service needs.
• Promote and recommend services, parts and accessories with clear quotes and updates.
• Conduct follow-up calls post-repair to ensure satisfaction and track returns and warranty parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
