Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Understand vehicle needs and document service history.
• Recommend services and document all recommendations for the customer.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates for services.
• Keep customers updated on service progress throughout the day.
• Follow procedures when finalizing tickets and explaining warranties.
• Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
