Job summary

val's services in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary customer contact for vehicle needs, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

You will greet customers, document concerns, inspect vehicles, suggest services, communicate quotes and warranty explanations, and follow checkout procedures while aiming for exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work a minimum of five days including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Document concerns.
• Inspect vehicles.
• Suggest appropriate services.
• Clearly communicate recommendations and provide accurate quotes, updates, and explanations of warranties.
• Follow proper procedures during checkout.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups.
• Track returns and warranties.
• Other duties as assigned to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
