Job summary

Reliable Automotive is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Texas to be the primary contact for customers, explain vehicle needs, and guide them through service options. The role offers uncapped commission and strong benefits in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the telephone using standardized customer service techniques.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and refer to service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer.
• Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories with knowledge of product and service requirements.
• Provide customers with accurate quotes including cost and time of completion; give updates throughout the day.
• Follow procedures when processing payments and review of the completed inspection and warranties.
• Conduct post repair follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track new returns, core returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
