Job summary

Gills Point S in Meridian, ID is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and our service team. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and present honest recommendations that emphasize safety and value.

You will create repair orders, coordinate appointments, explain estimates, and review completed work with customers. A background in automotive or tire service and strong communication are essential; POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive, tire, or related service preferred.
• Strong automotive maintenance and tire service knowledge.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to pursue TIA Certification with company support.
• Experience with POS or shop software preferred.

Responsibilities
