You’ll greet customers, listen to concerns, build trust with honest recommendations, and prepare accurate estimates while coordinating with technicians to maximize shop productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service within automotive or tire settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, tires, and preventative maintenance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build customer trust and explain recommended services clearly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using POS and shop management software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities
