Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic automotive knowledge and computer skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify vehicle service needs, and explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and costs.
• Recommend additional services and communicate current promotions.
• Monitor vehicle progress through service completion.
