Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive service writer experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive dealership is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspections.
• Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs in a clear, professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines.
• Communicate repair updates and vehicle status throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Review completed repairs with customers and answer any questions.

Although we are looking for experience, we will train the right person. Signing bonus may be offered based on experience. Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor, Automotive Service Writer, or automotive customer service experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong computer and CRM skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
