Joseph Subaru in Florence, KY is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service team. You will greet customers, document vehicle concerns, prepare estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs while delivering a high level of customer service.

Competenze

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor, Automotive Service Writer, or automotive customer service experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong computer and CRM skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
