Autos of Chicago, Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and growing repair opportunities in a high-volume shop.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, owning each Repair Order from start to finish, communicating recommendations, coordinating with technicians, and following up to ensure timely, accurate work. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Dealertrack or dealership software experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of every Repair Order from start to finish.
• Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Monitor and follow up on all open ROs daily to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are completed, billed, and closed in a timely manner.
