Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work five days per week, including weekends.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates; update customers on progress.
• Follow cash-out procedures and explain warranties and inspections to customers.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
