Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work five days per week, including weekends.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and by phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; identify service needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services.
• Provide updates on service status throughout the day.
• Follow procedures when cashing out and explain warranties.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
