Qualifikationen

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work at least 5 days per week.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and document all recommendations in the customer file.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates and give updates throughout the day.
• Promote services, parts and accessories to meet customer needs and budgets.
• Caculate final ticket total, review warranties and complete the sales process.
• Follow up after service and track returns and warranties.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate behavior consistent with standards.
