Job summary

Lexus of Winter Park, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an automotive Service Advisor to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

You will be the liaison between the customer and the service department, scheduling appointments, reviewing service history, relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, and providing accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior service department experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
