Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor position.

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing repair orders, recommending maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a well-maintained fleet with minimized vehicle downtime and costs.

This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Salt Lake City, NV, or surrounding counties. The department operates Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on business needs.

The pay range is $24.07 to $26.07 per hour, with additional compensation for weekend/evening shifts and ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on automotive maintenance and repair orders submitted by external partners via phone and email.
• Ensure repairs adhere to manufacturer recommendations, proper timing, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing.
• Negotiate order pricing, assess warranty applications, create purchase orders, and explain procedures to clients and vendors.
• Analyze client needs and repair orders to recommend solutions, contacting clients for approval.
• Identify opportunities for full maintenance service proposals and vehicle cycling strategies.
• Field calls from drivers, evaluate needs, and suggest cost-effective service locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, reside in Salt Lake City, UT, or surrounding counties.
• Must have at least 4 current approved ASE certifications.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience and 2 years automotive maintenance or dealership experience.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet technical work-from-home requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet with minimum 5Mb upload and 25Mb download speeds, latency under 100ms.
