Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide support and guidance to Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs. The Service Advisor recommends proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a properly maintained fleet while minimizing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

This is a full-time work-from-home position that allows you to work 100% from your residence in Nashville, TN or surrounding counties. Our department operates between Monday and Saturday, with hours from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST on Saturdays. Schedules are based on current business needs.

The pay range for this position is $24.07 to $26.07 per hour, with additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hour). You can also earn an extra $0.25/hr for each current ASE certification you hold in the listed categories.

Responsibilities

• Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders submitted from external partners by phone and email.
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations, interval-based timing, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing.
• Negotiate changes or corrections to order pricing, assess warranty applications, and create purchase orders.
• Analyze clients’ needs and repair orders to create solutions; contact clients for recommendations and approvals.
• Identify opportunities for full maintenance service proposals and vehicle cycling strategies.
• Field calls from drivers, evaluate needs, and suggest proper service locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and reside in Nashville, TN or surrounding counties in Tennessee.
• Must have at least 4 current approved ASE certifications.
• Six months of customer service experience and two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet technical work-from-home requirements and authorization to work in the U.S.

Work From Home Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet with minimum upload of 5Mb and download of 25Mb, latency less than 100ms.
