Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs. The role involves recommending proper maintenance, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a well-maintained fleet with minimal vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

This is a full-time work-from-home position based in the Columbia/Jeff City, MO area. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. Schedules depend on business needs.

The pay range is $25.34 to $27.34 per hour, with additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts, and extra earnings per current ASE certification held.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on repair orders submitted by external partners via phone and email.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance follow manufacturer recommendations, proper pricing, and warranty applications.
• Negotiate and correct order pricing, explain procedures to clients, and create purchase orders.
• Analyze client needs and repair orders, providing recommendations and approvals.
• Identify opportunities for full maintenance proposals and vehicle cycling.
• Handle calls from drivers, evaluate needs, and suggest proper service locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, reside in Columbia/Jeff City, Missouri.
• Minimum of 4 current, approved ASE certifications.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership experience.
• Automotive Technology degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to accept the pay range of $25.34-$27.34/hr.
• Ability to meet technical work-from-home requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
