Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of an Automotive Service Advisor position.

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing repair orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs. The role involves recommending proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a well-maintained fleet with minimized vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Dallas, TX or surrounding counties. The department operates Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST, with schedules based on current business needs.

The pay range is $26.60-$28.60 per hour, with additional compensation for weekend/evening shifts and ASE certifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and applying automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders
• Ensuring repairs and maintenance follow manufacturer recommendations and proper pricing
• Negotiating order pricing and assessing warranty applications
• Analyzing client needs and repair orders to create solutions and gain approval
• Identifying opportunities for full maintenance service proposals and repairs
• Fielding calls from drivers to locate proper service locations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Reside in Dallas, TX or surrounding counties in Texas
• Minimum of 4 current approved ASE certifications
• Six months of customer service experience
• Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership experience
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willing to accept starting pay of $26.60-$28.60/hr
• Ability to meet work-from-home technical requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
