Job summary

Ford of Lafayette is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer to greet customers, create work orders, arrange bookings, and communicate estimates to customers for repair work.

The role requires good customer service, time management, and the ability to work Saturdays when needed, plus a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ford/Lincoln experience is a plus and Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required; Ford/Lincoln experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and communicating with customers on repair aspects, creating work orders, arranging bookings, communicating estimates to customers, and finalizing invoices.
• Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
