Wenco Industries Inc. is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to enhance customer service experiences and coach technicians. You will lead a team, connect with techs to identify vehicle needs, and manage repair orders while promoting shop service specials.

A strong focus on integrity, ownership, and growth supports daily operations in a busy automobile service environment. You should be proficient in service advisor duties, be willing to be coached, and maintain a respectful, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to lead and empower a team while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energetic exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Communicating and connecting with Technicians to complete vehicle needs.
• Supervising bays and building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials.
• Customer consulting/sales for vehicle needs.
• Lead, assist, and empower a team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and Wenco culture.
• Meeting weekly and monthly matrix goals.
• Vendor communication and continuing strong relationship connections.
• Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
