Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure high morale, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Answer calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
• Use Auto Vitals Inspection data to communicate customer concerns and needs.
• Use POS to present customer estimates and invoices.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed timely.
• Mentor employees on sales and customer service best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of technicians and workflow.
• Manage service department paperwork including invoices and repair orders.
