Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Bryan College Station seeks an experienced Service Advisor to manage the customer experience from write-up to delivery. You will write repair orders, document concerns, and present maintenance recommendations to obtain authorization.

The role requires collaboration with technicians and leadership to keep orders moving, with a focus on CSI and customer retention. Experience with domestic brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive dealership Service Advisor or Service Writer experience.
• Experience in a domestic manufacturer dealership environment (CDJR/Stellantis, Ford, GM brands) preferred.
• Experience managing a high volume of repair orders and customer appointments.
• Experience presenting maintenance and repair recommendations and obtaining customer authorization.
• Experience working with technicians on diagnosis, estimates, status, and completion.
• Demonstrated experience supporting CSI and customer retention.
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance, warranty terminology, and dealership service processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage the customer experience from service write-up through repair completion and delivery.
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations and obtain customer authorization.
• Partner with technicians and service leadership to move repair orders.
• Provide proactive updates on diagnosis, pricing, status, and timelines.
• Handle questions with a focus on resolution and retention.
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers at delivery.
• Drive CSI, customer retention, and repair-order performance.
