Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a Client Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. You will build trust with guests, present needed services with integrity, and drive a great customer experience on every repair order.

You’ll greet customers, document concerns for accurate diagnostics, and provide transparent estimates and timelines. A strong emphasis on proactive communication and customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Service advisor or strong customer service / sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical work in terms customers understand.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly with a thorough walk-around and write-up.
• Document customer concerns clearly so the technician can diagnose correctly.
• Present recommended and declined services with honesty and supporting evidence.
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and proactive status updates throughout the visit.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving and times accurate.
• Drive customer-pay sales, hours per RO, and effective labor rate while protecting CSI.
• Handle concerns calmly and own problems through resolution.
• Follow up after each visit to confirm satisfaction and secure the next appointment.
