Grubbs Family of Dealerships is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. You’ll build trust with guests, present services with integrity, and drive a superior customer experience on every repair order.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical work in simple terms.
• Familiarity with DMS/CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Integrity-first approach to recommending and selling service.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and conduct a thorough, professional walk-around and write-up.
• Listen to customer concerns and document them clearly for accurate diagnosis.
• Present recommended and declined services with honesty and supporting evidence.
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and proactive status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving and times accurate.
• Drive customer-pay sales, hours per RO, and labor rate while protecting CSI.
• Handle concerns calmly and own problems through to resolution.
• Follow up after visits to confirm complete satisfaction and earn the next one.
